Two new files are up on the Orbitrap methods database. Both are reader contributions that are working well. The first is the how to successfully run the TMT 10plex experiment on an Orbitrap Velos (this is also how I would set it up on the Elite, personally). The second is a LC-MS based top down method for the Q Exactive. The method uses low res (17.5k) for the MS1 scan and then does 5 MS/MS events at 70k resolution for fragments with stepped collision energy. All ions with <8 charges are excluded from MS/MS.
