A while back I threw this video quickly together for a lab with LTQ-Orbitrap experience that had just received their first Q Exactive. It is a quick run-through on how to set up a TopN experiment. It was enough to help them get started before they could get their official training. The main focus is on nomenclature that is different between the two method building software packages. It isn't high enough quality for an official video, but I figured I'd post it in case it was useful to someone out there; why waste the effort in case it could help even a little, right? There is a funny point where my dog's mortal enemy, the UPS guy, rings the doorbell and she does her best to get through the screen door to get him. It is crudely chopped out. Again, you won't see this one anywhere official, but hey, why not throw it out there?
